Chef Mako creates her menu inspired by NYC.
She has helped start and worked at shabushabu macoron, one of the hottest restaurants in NYC from 2016-2019.
After she and her team got a restaurant review from the New York Times she decided to go back to Japan. She established a camp ground on her grandma’s garden and after a year opened her first self-owned restaurant in the same place.
